What the service will cover
Your spot
Which way it faces, what shades it during the day, and whether the kit fits.
Your socket
Whether there's a suitable weatherproof outdoor socket within the kit's 4m cable, or where one could go.
Your fuse box
Whether you have modern RCD protection, which plug-in kits need.
Setting it up
Putting the stand together, adding ballast and plugging the kit in for you.

Each kit page has a checklist for your spot, socket and fuse box. If you're not sure about your socket or fuse box, any qualified electrician can check them.
When will site checks and fitting start?
We don't have a date yet. Sign up and we'll email you as soon as they're live.
How much will it cost?
We haven't set prices. We'll tell you before anything is booked, and you can say no.
Do I need fitting?
Usually not. Plug-in kits are designed for you to set up yourself, with two people, if you have a suitable outdoor socket and modern RCD protection.
Do I have to buy a kit from you?
No. Signing up doesn't commit you to anything.
